Tuscan Chicken

Okay… this recipe turned out SO GOOD! Actually, so good my dad approved of it! And that rarely happens! It had the perfect amount of acidity and the flavor was perfect! I would highly recommend this recipe! Also, this recipe would taste great with white fish, such as halibut, if you’re not into chicken!

For this recipe, I used chicken thighs because that is what I prefer and they are faster to cook. I have a love for garlic, so naturally I used 5 garlic cloves instead of 3 and used garlic salt instead of regular salt. Also, don’t worry about using dried basil, oregano and rosemary. I just used Italian seasoning and it still turned out perfect! I put the sauce and chicken over pasta, but would it great with rice or just by itself!

Optional addition: Red chili flakes for spice and mushrooms, if you’re into that sort of thing.
